- 1 and 1/2 cups chopped kale
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 Tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch red chili flakes
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients until combined.
- Combine all of the salad ingredients into and bowl.
- Add the dressing and mix together.
